Dana M. Wolfson received a B.A. summa cum laude from the Barrett Honors College at Arizona State University and a J.D. from The George Washington University Law School. During law school, Dana participated in the Domestic Violence Clinic, serving as a policy intern with the United States Department of Health and Human Services, served as a legal intern to the American Bar Association's Center on Children and the Law, and worked as a law clerk with First Star Children's Advocacy, providing support on a project aimed at improving a child's right to counsel in abuse and neglect proceedings.

Upon graduating law school, Dana served as a family law fellow with Legal Services of Northern Virginia where she provided direct representation to victims of domestic violence. She litigated numerous matters in Fairfax County courts, including custody, child support, divorce, and protective order cases. During her tenure at Legal Services, Dana oversaw the Attorney of the Day Program and aided in the administration of "Stop the Violence" CLE programs covering all aspects of the protective order process. Before joining the firm, Dana was then with Zamani & Associates, PLLC, in D.C., as a law fellow working in all areas of family law.

Dana is a member of the Virginia State Bar, Fairfax Bar Association, Virginia Trial' Lawyers Association, and the Virginia Women Attorneys Association.
